Employee engagement ‘not just an HR responsibility’

A Channel Islander whose working life was transformed by a 18-month secondment to the UK’s Engage for Success Task Force, the nationwide, government-backed initiative seeking to build employee engagement in British businesses, told the local branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development why the issue was so important.
