SNOW WHITE and the Seven Directors will bring a twist on the fairy tale to highlight the issue of redundancy in Guernsey.

A one-night-only panto, written by Collas Crill employment law specialist Emma Parr, will be performed by first year students from the College of Further Education at St James on Wednesday.

The panto is described as being full of ‘overblown stereotypes, a talking mirror and a wicked stepmother’.

‘Redundancy is a complicated and delicate process that has to be carried out correctly on behalf of both the employee and employer,’ said Ms Parr. ‘This panto is designed to offer an alternative and amusing way to learn about the mistakes that are commonly made.’
