Post-16 decisions get easier as new website replaces booklet

DECIDING what to do after GCSEs has just got easier.

A website was launched at St Sampson's High yesterday to help make post-16 education choices simpler.

Education's post-16 officer, Helen Grand, said that the site provided students with all the information they needed to help them plan their future.

'The new website provides students with all the information they need to apply for places on post-16 courses at the College of Further Education and Sixth Form Centre, including apprenticeship details, employment details, advice and contacts.'

The website has taken a year to take-off since the proposal by sponsor Credit Suisse.
