A winning partnership

THE BS Guernsey Spring Show finished in dramatic fashion as the senior open grand prix went to a three-way third round.

Cathy Best and L'Amour were the first of the double clears to go into the jump-off at Chemin Le Roi and set the pace with a third clear.

Jodie Travers and Roberto II went in second and managed also to go clear, but also knocked seconds off Best's time.

Last to go, Shelley Tostevin and Johan had everything to do but rolled a pole and had to be content with third place.
