MORE details have been released about a new health and wellbeing service.

It is a joint project between Social Security, Health and Social Services and primary care practices.

The service is aimed at helping people with mild to moderate mental health problems, such as anxiety or depression.

HSSD minister Deputy Hunter Adam (pictured) said talking therapies offered support by helping people identify thought patterns, feelings and behaviour, and to deal with difficult issues in life, while helping to prevent more serious problems arising.
