Beau Sejour looks to save £400k a year

RECOMMENDATIONS to save £400,000 a year at the loss-making Beau Sejour are on the table.

A final business case is being produced as part of the Financial Transformation Programme that has reviewed charges and the facilities offered.

No announcement has been made about the detail of the savings – although issues such as opening times have been targeted before.

The Budget showed that the centre is expected to lose £776,000 this year, £112,000 more than budgeted but £9,000 better than in 2010.
