OATLANDS wants to convert two glasshouse sites into an international standard equestrian centre.

It also wants to create a museum and a museum store.

Oatlands Holdings Ltd submitted the application for Les Gigands and Oatlands vineries, which are across the road from the visitor attraction.

The proposal would see the front half of the vinery, off Oatlands Lane, clad in wood and converted into a public museum, while the rear half would be used for storage.

Les Gigands Vinery, which is on the eastern side of the road, would see some of its glasshouses removed, but one would be clad and turned into an indoor arena. An outdoor dressage arena and paddock would be on the eastern side of the site.
