A NEW application has gone in for a museum and storage site at Oatlands and Les Gigands vineries.

But the Culture and Leisure Department has still not signed up to join the project.

Planning permission is still pending for a combined museum and equestrian centre.

But a new application has been submitted, this time just for the museum and store on the north of the site.

Oatlands owner Peter Kaufman-Kent, pictured, said the applications had been split as most negative comments had been about the equestrian centre, rather than the museum.
