ISSUES such as zero-10, LVCR, and Sark's government reforms will be considered as part of a review of the Crown Dependencies' relationship with the UK.

The Justice Select Committee has announced that it will be investigating what effect recommendations made in 2010, which said Guernsey Jersey and the Isle of Man should be recognised as self-governing jurisdictions, have had on the operation of the constitutional relationship between the islands and the UK government.

Chair Sir Alan Beith said no single issue had triggered the review.

'Our recommendations were put into practice in 2010,' he said.

'We wanted to check everything is working as it's supposed to.'
