A FORMER Scrutiny member believes the committee's damning review into Home's dealings of the AFR saga should be debated.

Deputy Matt Fallaize, who resigned from the committee in November, said the report was so critical that States members needed to reflect on it.

The committee released the findings of its 'urgent business' review on Wednesday after deciding in February that the matter needed to be looked into.

Deputy Fallaize, pictured, was concerned about the findings. 'I am surprised that its report is so damning,' he said. '...given that, I do think the States needs to debate the report.'
