PUNCTUALITY has completely disappeared from the new bus network, according to some users of the States-funded service.

Revised routes were launched on Sunday but users have complained about the lack of clear information and late arrivals.

Chef Karen Oliver, 54, catches the bus roughly 15 times a week and said her journey on Monday was 'absolute pandemonium', and she had been late getting to work and delayed reaching home as a result.

Student Sarah Roussel, 19, said the times of the new schedule meant she could not get to the College of Further Education on time.

Frank Villeneuve-Smith, pictured, communication director for the HTC Group, which owns CT Plus, said the delays were the result of an 'unlucky inconvenience' the bus schedule launched in the same week as heavy road works.
