AN AMBITIOUS property sell-off by the States could lead to major housing developments and the emergency services under one roof at St Andrew's Quarry.

A total of 12 States-owned sites have been identified for sale, including the fire station, police station and Duchess of Kent House.

No final decisions have been made about future uses, but the report stated that Housing plans on building 100 units of affordable accommodation each year for the next decade, before identifying sites including the College of Further Education campus at La Coutanchez and Education Department offices at La Couperderie as being potential redevelopment opportunities for it.
