A RECENT spate of fly-tipping is one of the worst a St Peter's douzenier said he has ever seen.
Police are investigating the incident, which saw items abandoned by the cliff- top watch house at Mont Herault.
Objects that were dumped include a barbecue, tarpaulin, a rug, plastic and household items.
Peter Martel said he had visited the area, which was on his canton, following a tip- off.
'It's a disgrace and one of the worst cases I've seen,' he said.
