Two men charged over £2.6m. fraud
TWO men have been charged in the UK for their roles in conning the States out of £2.6m.

Guernsey Police announced the charges this morning.
The UK residents, aged 56 and 44, will appear at the City of London Magistrate's Court on 9 January to answer charges of conspiracy to defraud and money laundering.
