Shoppers leaving it even later for Christmas, say retailers
CHRISTMAS shoppers have left it a lot later to buy all their presents this year, retailers have said.

A number of shops have reported trade being up in the last couple of weeks compared to a slow start at the beginning of the festive season.
The mild weather has been suggested as one reason why, although shop owners have said leaving it later was a trend that had been seen in the past couple of years.
Vazon shop Smilers is one store that has seen its Christmas trade come later.
Guernsey Photographics and Creaseys had also seen customers start Christmas shopping later.
