New group aims to represent all PEH patients
VOLUNTEERS are needed for a new patient/user group to liaise between those who have been in hospital and clinicians.

Health and Social Services is facilitating the group, which aims to listen, involve and represent patients in its care while admitted for treatment in hospital.
Acting assistant director of acute services Elaine Burgess, pictured, said that currently there were disease-specific groups but nothing to cover the hospital as a whole.
'There is a real need,' she said
