The 'Scamnesty' begins on 6 July and will encourage people to put their scam mail into various boxes around the island.
'Scams are schemes which try to get you to part with your money or personal information by deceiving you, without providing anything of value in return,' the Trading Standards Service said.
Boxes for scam mail will be sited in most of the douzaine rooms, the Guille-Alles Library, Beau Sejour, Le Friquet, Grande Marche St Martins, Grande Marche St Sampsons, Waitrose Admiral Park, Waitrose Rohais, Citizens Advice Bureau, Envoy House, PEH and Raymond Falla House.
