Guernsey Water - replace and reposition pumping station control kiosk at La Villette Road.

EPM Ltd - demolish and replace part of workshop to form new unit and alterations to remaining workshop to create bus control room and staff facilities at bus depot site, Les Banques.

The Ladies' College - relocate access ramp and alterations to lower car park layout at The Ladies' College, Les Gravees.

Mr J. Kilzer - remove fence and erect new fence on north boundary at 1, CLos de la Deroquie, Rue du Douit.

Mr G. de Carteret - erect 5ft wooden fence at Santorini, 2, Clos de la Deroquie, Collings Road.

Mr M. Gallienne - demolish outbuildings, create new bin store, garden terrace and bridge link (protected building) at 34, Fountain Street.

Belvedere Holding Ltd - variations to works previously approved to convert three apartments to one dwelling, demolish extensions and erect first floor extensions on south-east and north-west elevations, erect glazed lean-to at rear and install terraces at rear (north-east) and to side (south-east) with garage below and alter driveway (protected building) - replace chimney stacks, install flue linings, repair and re-glaze windows, internal alterations including new fireplaces and boiler room, install underground oil tanks at Belvedere House, Rue de Belvedere, Fort George.

Mr and Mrs P. Bourgaize - erect flat roof extension on north-west elevation and install new steps, guarding wall and balustrade at Pine Grove, Rue des Hougues.

VALE

Guernsey Museum - install advertisement (protected monument) at Vale Castle, Castle Road.

Mr R. Ireland - rebuild the granite walls to the east and north elevations (retrospective) at Palmerston, Sohier Road.

Mr and Mrs B. McFarlane - variations to plans previously approved to erect first floor extension to rear (north) of property - install dormer window and remove rooflight (north elevation) at Rainbows End, Route des Landes.

Mr and Mrs M. Davy - erect a porch (south elevation) and single storey extension (potting area, west elevation) to dwelling and removal of a 1.5m section of side boundary hedge at Les Orcades, Route du Port Grat, Les Dicqs.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
