Estate agents will be third to shut this year
GOLDRIDGE has announced that it is the latest estate agency to be closing down.

No one at the business wished to comment on the news last night, but on Facebook a spokesman said their decision had been influenced by the tough trading conditions.
This will be the third estate agency to close this year, after Property Link and Inspired both shut down earlier this year, while Sarnia Estate Agents has merged with Wiltshire Property.
A spokesman for Goldridge said they would cease trading on 31st December.
