Call for 'bumper' pile to be recycled
BUSINESSMAN Kenny Brouard is calling for a green solution to dealing with unwanted plastic car parts.

Mr Brouard, who runs an auto body repair business, said he asked Public Services to investigate finding a green solution 'five or six years ago' but had heard nothing back.
'Public Services told me years ago that they were looking into getting recycling for plastic bumpers,' he said.
'I thought that there was a firm in England that did it and that it seemed something can be done.'
Mr Brouard's business produces a pile of bumpers that reaches higher than the roof of his workshop and which he says currently goes to landfill.
