Tomorrow's youth hustings will see those aged between 14 and 18 being given a chance to grill the would-be deputies.

The event is being organised by the constables of St Peter Port and the Youth Commission of Guernsey and Alderney.

Wayne Bulpitt, vice-chairman of the Youth Commission, said he hoped the hustings would encourage more young people to take an interest in politics.

'It's very important that young people get involved with registering to vote,' he said.
