AT 8pm tonight, polls will close for Guernsey's real 2016 General Election... but what if you could choose any of the candidates at the ballot box today from anywhere across the island?

Our ballot box lets you elect your top 38 from the list of all 80 candidates for your own star chamber.
It is meant as a bit of fun but could also reveal some of the practical issues about island-wide voting if this year does prove to be Guernsey's last election by district.
We'll be publishing the outcome in the Guernsey Press and are expecting some fascinating results.
