Harbours wants a commercial partner in Crown Pier overhaul
THE Crown Pier will be redeveloped using a commercial partner under plans being worked on by Guernsey Harbours.

The restaurant building – which currently houses the Boathouse – and adjacent marina facilities are earmarked for development in a scheme on the Victoria Pier, more commonly known as the Crown Pier.
Boathouse owner the Christies Group declined to comment on what it would mean for the future of their restaurant.
Harbour director Sarah McGreevy said it was a great opportunity for somebody to partner Guernsey Harbours to maximise and enhance what it can offer visitors and local residents in the prominent Town area.
