A MOUSEY-COLOURED cat who likes to take a regular trip to Petit Bot has stolen the hearts of those living in the Forest.

Three-year-old Millie, who lives along Forest Road, has become a regular visitor to the small bay, taking a stroll through the water lanes from her home.

It has become such a popular spot for the feline that she has even been 'rescued' by worried islanders who think she might be lost.

But her owners, Neville and Rachel de Carteret, said she just likes to spend time there.

'She goes down the track and makes her way to Petit Bot – sometimes she can be gone for two or three days at a time,' said Mr de Carteret. 'We don't leave her too long and so my partner will go down and get her.'
