The Guernsey Sports Commission has organised a timetable of physical activity classes which have been tailored for older people.

There are 25 different sessions taking place and most of them are free.

One of the activities was low-impact aerobics at Styx.

Fitness Instructor Pam Marsh led the session.

'It's about increasing flexibility and mobility,' she said.

Full details of the OAP Fortnight and how to book sessions can be found at www.guernseysports.com.

The fortnight culminates in a celebration on International Older People's Day on 1 October.
