The Neighbourhood Policing Team and the Public Protection Unit were working with staff from outside agencies during the evening.

Officers were particularly focusing on children and teenagers who were vulnerable and considered to be at risk from harm from older adults who are exploiting vulnerable young people.

PC Robbie Dover, from the Public Protection Unit, said the initiative was also about raising awareness.
