Gardeners spring into action

DESPITE the ongoing winter weather, Herm is firmly in the swing of spring with the first of the 2013 island garden tours taking place this week.

Egg hunt starts the season

Dozens of children turned out for the island’s annual Easter egg hunt, at which the Easter Bunny made a special appearance.

THE White House Hotel has opened its doors for the 2013 season, starting with a busy Easter weekend and the annual Herm egg hunt.

JUST before the recent storm hit Herm, flattening daffodils and knocking over trees, residents were full of thoughts of spring and preparing for the coming summer.
