Sandpiper CI Ltd – install loading bay door on east elevation and new entrance doors on south elevation at Nelson House, Elizabeth Avenue.

Mr and Mrs P. K. and C. E. Philp – erect single storey extension at rear. Remove garage door and install two windows, replace existing roofing material with slates, render external walls and install four rooflights in east roofslope and four rooflights in west roofslope. Replace existing conservatory with flat roof extension at Cherengani, Havilland Road.

Environment Department – cliff stabilisation and works to protect public from rock fall hazards, including alteration to Military Museum entrance at La Vallette.

ST PETER'S

Mr T. Mealing – demolish existing conservatory and extension at side (east) and erect replacement 1.5 storey extension with two rooflights at front (south) and first floor external staircase from terrace/balcony to garden at rear. Install two dormer windows at front and gabled extension in roof above front door; alter openings; install two dormer windows at rear and install gabled extension in roof with balcony. Remove chimney at Cornerways, Rue de la Croute.

Mr A. Croft – remove section of earth bank to create access to adjoining field (retrospective) at field at Rue des Paulmiers.

ST SAMPSON'S

MAN Developments Ltd – alterations to previously approved works to redevelop former workshop site to provide three flats and associated car parking (revised) – increase height of west and east walls of car parking area, replace fence with wall and replace surfacing material of car parking spaces with tarmac (retrospective) at Mount House (new site), Mont Morin.

States Public Services Department – create temporary dock and associated works for the importation of material and equipment and use of part of Longue Hougue Reclamation Site for the storage of materials and equipment associated with the Guernsey Airport Pavements project, including temporary office and site security and night operative worker accommodation, fencing, floodlighting, car parking, weighbridge and concrete batching plant (EIA application) at Longue Hougue Reclamation Site, Bulwer Avenue.

Mr D. Hannah – create additional vehicular access, alter existing vehicular access and infill pedestrian access, erect boundary walls and fencing, reduce height of existing boundary wall and remove hedge and plant replacement hedge at Santa Rita, Saltpans Road.

Education Department – convert existing outbuilding into dwelling for purposes of education at St Sampson's High and Le Murier School, Rue de Dol.

Oatlands Ltd – install container lorry (retrospective) at Oatlands Vinery, Oatlands Lane.

Oatlands Holdings Ltd – erect flat roof link between buildings (retrospective) at Oatlands Craft Centre, Les Gigands.

Oatlands Holdings Ltd – erect timber building at Oatlands Village, Oatlands Lane.

Mr and Mrs Stinton – extend and alter dwelling and install balcony and rooflights at first floor level to rear of property at Ivy Cottage, Route de la Passee.

Mr W. Saban – erect single storey extension (side elevation) at Dorset Place, Rue au Page.

Mr and Mrs N. Jehan – extend domestic curtilage at La Croute, La Planque.

Mr and Mrs J. Bracegirdle – variation to works previously approved to demolish existing and erect replacement dwelling (revised) – erect lean-to extension, increase size of window and install two additional windows on east elevation. Increase size of rooflight on west elevation, install two additional rooflights on garage and one rooflight on north elevation at Le Haut Courtil, Route des Laurens.

VALE

Mr and Mrs D. Wadley – replace existing hedging with wooden fencing on rear boundary at Sea View, Rue du Bordeaux.

Mr and Mrs D. Bradshaw – variation to works previously approved: extend self catering unit (on west elevations) and convert to form dwelling, erect fencing, install hardsurfacing, wall and gateway – extension to east elevation and formation of revised parking at La Buanderie, Sohier Road.

Mr D. Ingrouille – extend dwelling to side (south-east elevation), remove hedge and widen vehicular access at D'Aval, Rue du Closel.

Mr P. A. and Mr W. J. Langmead – change of use from dwelling to a dwelling house and retail business selling bird food (Residential Use Class 1 to Residential Use Class 4) (retrospective) at Jascarian, Rue du Friquet.

Mr and Mrs G. Gallienne – extend domestic curtilage at Kionosis, Port Soif Lane.

Mr G. Newmark – construct new earthbank (Protected Building) at Maison d'Aval, Rue d'Aval.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally advertised in the Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected.

Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection by the general public at the Environment Department offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
