Estate of Mrs B. Le Page – sub-divide existing dwelling to form two residential dwellings, alter and install fenestration, fell trees and create parking area at La Tintilee, Route de la Croix au Bailiff.

Mr J. Thompson – extend car/bodywork workshop (north-east and north-west elevations) and install an entrance canopy/covered area (north-west elevation) at John Thompson auto Restorers, Rue des Pointes.

ST MARTIN’S

Mr and Mrs L. Wallace – demolish existing porch and erect single storey gable ended and flat roof extension (north elevation), install windows in east and west elevations of dwelling at Byron, Longtrac.

Mr J. Knight and Ms A. Cook – block up existing internal doorway and create new internal door opening (protected building) at St Briocq, Rue de St Briocq.

Canaccord Genuity Wealth (International) Ltd – erect safety rail around air condenser units at Landes du Marche Garage, Landes du Marche.

H. J. Gilroy & Co. Ltd – change of use of part of hairdressing salon to create new apartment at Barras House, Barras Lane.

Guernsey Cricket Centre (Holdings) Ltd – erect two-storey extension to south elevation of Indoor Cricket Centre to provide associated gym/fitness facilities at Indoor Cricket Centre Guernsey, Route de la Hougue du Pommier.

Mr and Mrs A. Queripel – demolish existing single storey extension and erect replacement two-storey extension to side (west elevation) to provide dower unit at Se Faire, Springlea Road, Les Prins.

Mr M. Brouard – demolish chimney on party ridge at Kariba Cottage and Driftwood Cottage, Route de Portinfer.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
