Ravenscroft - variations to plans previously approved to demolish existing house and outbuildings and erect new dwelling and garage - re-position dwelling and garage and create single storey entrance link between them, increase garage size and retain/reposition existing site entrances, and install air source heat pumps at Prairie, Rue des Buttes.

Mr J. A. Titmuss - erect fencing along west boundary (retrospective) at Craig Gowan, Forest Road.

Mr M. Cleal - demolish existing garage, workshop and conservatory and convert and extend existing dwelling to provide three residential units with associated parking at Fountain Lodge, La Route des Coutanchez.

Mr S. Hewlett - remove existing conservatory roof and construct new timber decked flat roof with terrace; replace windows with pvcu to rear (south-west) elevation; re-position steps on south-east elevation, replace front door with pvcu door and install stone balustrade to front at Mount Pleasant House, Rouge Rue.

Sandpiper CI Ltd - erect signage on front (west elevation) and rear (east elevation) of premises (protected building) (retrospective) at No. 7, Le Pollet (Pasty Presto).

Elizabeth College - re-slate assembly hall roof of main building and reline gutters to perimeter (protected building) at Elizabeth College (main building), The Grange.

Mr and Mrs R. Angliss - demolish existing chimney stack and erect replacement chimney stack (protected building) at Val Plaisant, St Jacques.

Guernsey Housing Association - extend balcony on first floor level (south west) elevation, infill existing entrance in wall, install new pillars and create wider pedestrian access and erect sign at entrance at Cour du Parc, La Charroterie.

Mr K. J. Hunter - erect a shed to rear of property (retrospective) at Masefield, Les Vardes.

Residents of No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 - remove section of roadside walls and railings, widen vehicular access, rebuild walls, install pillars and install new metal railings at Les Grandes Maisons, Morley, Fort Road.

Ferryspeed (Guernsey) Ltd - change of use from storage and distribution to self and document storage at Hanger East, Longue Hougue Lane.

Lloyds Banking Group - demolish section of wall and install steps and gate to rear courtyard at Lloyds Bank, The Bridge.

Mr and Mrs M. Guilbert - raise ridge height, install rooflights, remove hedging and replace with wall on boundary at La Rochelle, Baubigny Road.

Mr T. Swain and Miss S. Williams - install two dormer windows to front (north) elevation of property, install rooflights to front and rear, first floor gable window on east elevation, alter fenestration, and remove chimneys. Widen existing vehicular access at Hillgate, Maladerie Road.

Parish of St Sampson - install hardstanding around granite seal at Grande Havre, La Route de L'Islet.

VALE

Mr and Mrs A. K. P. Mitchell - demolish existing garage and erect a hobby/garden room (north-east and south-east boundaries) at Mullins, La Miellette Lane.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd - construct additional panels of acoustic wall to north of D Station and install acoustic louvres and cappings to roof mounted cooling fan units at D Station, Guernsey Power Station, Hougue Jehannet.

Mr and Mrs M. Le Pavoux - demolish conservatory on south elevation and construct new extension on east elevation at Summer House, 6, Clos de Beauvoir, La Grande Rue.

CSO Confidential Ltd - extend domestic curtilage and erect new shed/store at Le Grand Jardin, Rue du Friquet.

Mr and Mrs S. Le Cloarec - remove hedge along north east boundary at Bectondu, 42, Clos Raymond Leterrier, Pont Vaillant.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
