Lihou Island Charitable Trust – install 12 additional ground mounted solar panels at Lihou island, Rue de Braye.

Mr and Mrs D. Arblaster – erect two stables and hay storage shed at Le Frie, Rue des Juliennes.

Dr G. Schoeman – variations to previously approved plans – omit garage link to the north, install chimney flue and erect additional dormer window to the front (south) elevation, and revise fenestration at Les Sages, La Rue des Coutures.

St Peters Floral Guernsey – erect timber bin enclosure, replace cycle stands, install bench and granite pillar and resurface at Public Toilets, Route des Sablons, L'Eree.

Mr and Mrs N. Jehan – erect extension on west (roadside) elevation at La Croute, La Planque Lane.

Mr and Mrs P. and N. O'Neill – demolish existing garage and extend and alter dwelling at ground and first floor level to the side (north) elevation, erect a porch (south elevation), reduce width of exiting access, create new vehicular access and driveway and install gate at Le Vieil Puit, Rue du Mont Saint.

Mr and Mrs C. Joslin – erect telescopic pool enclosure and install new swimming pool at Le Gree, Rue du Gree.

Treasury and Resources Department – extend and alter kiosk to include a wheelchair accessible WC at Portelet Kiosk, Rue du Portelet.

VALE

H. J. Gilroy and Co. Ltd – sub–divide existing retail unit and install new access including external staircase and door on north elevation at Barras House, Barras Lane.

Guernsey Scout Association – demolish existing lean–to extension and erect replacement single storey extension to rear, infill existing first floor window and internal alterations (protected building) at Bailiwick of Guernsey Scout HQ, Les Maingy Scout Headquarters, Rue Mainguy.

Mr and Mrs M. Sirett – demolish rear extension and erect a replacement single storey extension at Halkidiki, Rue de la Haie, Les Barras Lane.

Mr D. Hawley – archaeological excavation at Rousse.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
