Guernsey Water – erect two metre mast and 700mm antenna on side of pumping station at La Longue Rue Pumping Station, Longue Rue, Vazon.

Constables and Parochial Cemeteries Committee – re–align kerb and widen access to south of church, install ground lights (to north path) and resurface access and pathway at Castel Church Cemetery, Les Rohais de Haut.

Swallow Services Ltd – variation to permission granted on 19/12/2014 under FULL/2014/1541 to sub–divide the main house into two dwellings, including demotion, extension and alteration, refurbish the existing cottage, including extension, convert barn to dwelling, including extension, and provision of parking and associated access arrangements – subdivide dwelling to create two units at La Hougue, Rue de la Petite Hougue.

Mr A. Alford and Miss E. Bougourd – demolish existing lean–to extension and erect new flat roof extension on south east elevation at The Jolly Fisherman, Les Cherfs Estate, Rue des Corneilles.

Mr and Mrs G. Ferguson – variations to plans previously approved to erect 1.5 storey extension and relocate and install replacement front door – omit two rooflights on western elevation and install one rooflight at Les Quatre Vents, Route de Pleinmont.

Mr S. and Mrs M. Ozanne – erect porch, install staircase and balustrade to form roof terrace (north elevation), remove chimney and install flue (east elevation) at La Roque, Route de Rocquaine.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr and Mrs Winslade – remove existing dormer window and construct new dormer window on south elevation at Elsium, 2, Dorset Terrace, Brock Road.

Guernsey Water – erect one metre mast and 700mm antenna on side of pumping station at Rue Jacques Pumping Station, Rue Jacques.

Guernsey Water – erect one metre mast and 700mm antenna on side of pumping station at Bas Courtils Pumping Station, Bas Courtils Estate, Route des Bas Courtils.

Mr and Mrs Cotterill – erect 90cm boundary wall at front of dwelling to enclose garden with pedestrian gateway at Petite Aube, La Colline des Bas Courtils, Route des Bas Courtils.

Mr and Mrs B. Brehaut – extend existing domestic glasshouse at La Neuve Maison, Le Frie au Four.

Treasury and Resources Department – extend and alter former barracks to create a single dwelling (protected monument building) at Fort Richmond, Route de la Marette.

Sir De Vic and Lady Carey – demolish parts of existing dwelling and erect replacement extensions (create infill extension north of the main dwelling and extend southern end of the dwelling to the east), partly to form dower unit, and carry out alterations at Les Padins, Rue de la Flaguee.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs R. Powell – raise ridge height. Install balcony and rooflight (north–west elevation), install windows (north–east and south–west elevations) and four rooflights (south–east elevation) at La Piaf, Rue de Rougeval.

VALE

Mr R. Nicholson – demolish greenhouse and erect a garden room at Braye Farm Cottage, Carriere Lane.

Mr D. Ingrouille – erect single storey extension to the rear of dwelling at D'Aval, Rue du Closel.

Mr C. Le Conte – install two rooflights to the rear of the dwelling house at Entre–Deux–Mers, La Garenne Road.

Guernsey Water – erect one metre mast and 700mm antenna on side of pumping station at Port Soif car park, Rovers AC, Port Soif Lane.

Guernsey Water – erect one metre mast and 700mm antenna on side of pumping station at Barras Lane Pumping Station, Sundrew Villa, Les Barras Lane.

Ms H. Renouf – remove hedge and erect boundary wall at Kuranda, Rue des Jardins.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
