Mr and Mrs T. Martin – install flue 2.3m above roofline (east elevation) at Malvern, Rue Frairies.

ST MARTIN’S

Mr P. Burtenshaw – extend dwelling south east and north east elevations and install dormer windows on rear roofslope at Rockmount, Forest Road.

Mr I. Pallot – installation of external wall insulation and replace windows and doors at Iansal, Les Cornus.

Mr and Mrs G. Case – demolish existing extension and erect extensions to side and rear (revised to include external pool plant room and install solar panels) at La Fontaine, Calais.

Guernsey Water – erect a one-metre mast on pumping station at Les Nicolles Vinery, Baubigny Road.

Mr and Mrs K. Van Katwyk – remove two sheds and erect a log cabin at Torcamp, Le Dehus Lane, King's Road.

Mr N. Inder – change of use of part of dwelling house to self-catering unit (visitor economy use class 12) at L'Epine, Rue du Chardronnet.

Public Services – demolish existing apparatus store and alterations to existing drain store at States Works Department, La Hure Mare Road.

Mrs B. Mapley – demolish extension (south elevation) and erect 1.5 storey extension (east elevation) and erect a detached garage (south elevation) at Lucksall Lodge, La Garenne, L'Ancresse.

Mr and Mrs L. McKenna – remove existing earth bank and hedge on roadside boundary and erect a 900mm wall at Pompey Chimes, Longue Rue.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
