Island Waste Ltd – change of use from Use Class 32 (Storage/Distribution) to Industrial Use Class 38 and 42 at land at Rue des Pointes.

Mrs Shepherd – variations to plans previously approved to extend and alter dwelling, including outside terrace and decking area, reposition oil tank with enclosure – increase floor area, omit external staircase, redesign patio to include steps to lower ground floor and install decking, install roof light in lean–to on east elevation at Les Bergers, St Andrews Road.

Mr P. Falla – installation of solar modules on east/west roof planes at Guelles Court, Guelles Lane.

Mr and Mrs S. Romeril – erect extension on north elevation and install roof lights at 2, Eureka Chalets, Salines Lane.

Mr and Mrs J. Le Ray – erect extension (south-east elevations), install roof lights and remove oil tank at Driftwood, Route de la Passee.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr and Mrs N. Westgarth – demolish two existing sheds and erect double garage with first floor storage, single storey link, and alter line of domestic curtilage at Maison Frie au Four, Le Frie au Four.

Mr and Mrs J. Brouard – install two roof lights (rear elevation) (retrospective) at Les Massies Vinery, Rue des Massies.

VALE

Miss C. Wheeler and Mr J. Gleeson – erect chimney and install multi–fuel stove (protected building) at Rocque Cottage, Rue de l'Ecole.

Mr W. D. O'Regan – erect lean-to conservatory at rear at Capri, La Manche Estate.

Mr and Mrs M. Smith – extend and convert existing garage into separate unit of accommodation at Cove Cottage, 10, Montague Park, La Grande Rue.

Ms J. Furness and Mr K. Batiste – replace existing roof covering on front elevation of dwelling and create loft hatch (retrospective) (protected building) at Hillside, Les Mielles Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
