Mr G. Rawlings – install two dormers, windows and rooflight on east elevation and replace existing single rooflight with new larger rooflight (north elevation) and internal alterations (protected building) at Alta Vista, Rue des Monts.

Mr and Mrs B. Martel – demolish existing garage/workshop and erect replacement garage/workshop at Les Alleurs, Rue des Annevilles.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr N. Roberts – change of use of visitor accommodation to domestic accommodation at Le Hamel, Rue du Hamel.

Sir De Vic and Lady Carey – variations to plans previously approved to demolish parts of existing dwelling and erect replacement extensions (create infill extension north of the main dwelling and extend southern end of the dwelling to the east), partly to form dower unit, and carry out alterations to windows, doors and rooflights and extend driveway to north end of property at Les Padins, Rue de la Flaguee.

Mr and Mrs R. Sarre – erect a 6ft garden wall at Ipsos, Liberation Drive, Route des Clos Landais.

TORTEVAL

R. W. Martel Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to demolish existing dwelling and erect new dwelling – reduce length of upper building, extend area of lower ground floor and add light well, include accommodation in roof space served by eight roof lights, change positions and design of doors and external steps, alter land levels to expose more of the building, extend terraces on south side, install two Air Source Heat Pumps and other minor changes at The Glen, Rue des Villains.

VALE

States Housing Department – create Tarmac parking area and erect chain link fencing at Sous Les Hougues Estate, Sous Les Hougues.

Mr and Mrs Colley – block up the existing vehicular access, demolish section of roadside wall to create new vehicular access at Trillium, Pleinheaume Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Oliver – install air source heat pump to south of outbuilding and remove elevated decking to rear of dwelling at Makunudu, Les Grandes Mielles Lane.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
