Health and Social Services Department – install replacement windows and cladding at Sherwill Ward, The Princess Elizabeth Hospital, Le Vauquiedor.

Mr S. Hubert – demolish and rebuild dwelling at Eastgrove, Les Quatre Vents.

Mr and Mrs G. Couzens – demolish shed, reposition glasshouse and erect a double garage and garden store at Le Jardinet, Les Camps du Moulin.

Mr S. Fuller – demolish existing conservatory and erect sun lounge/garden room to rear (west) of property at Old Byre, Ville Amphrey.

Island Development Ltd – residential development: erect 20 dwellings and 17 flats with associated parking and landscaping – revised to include alterations to the proposed junction on Le Hurel at Les Blanches, La Route de Blanches.

Mr T. Eisenhuth – install air source heat pump to side (south-east) elevation and erect acoustic fencing along north boundary at Vue du Port, Jerbourg Road.

ST PETER PORT

Mr M. Ashworth – alteration and conversion of office (use class 21) to two flats (residential use class 2) at Samaritans Building, 2, Forest Lane.

Flower Pot Holdings – install replacement windows (north, east and west elevations) at The Daffodils, Doyle Road.

Miss C. Le Gallez – erect extension at rear of dwelling at Manora, Collings Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Hyde – install two rooflights, rebuild wall and alter fenestration to rear (south) elevation at Kelvin Grove, Fosse Andre.

The National Trust of Guernsey – remove two sections of modern railings from east and west sides of access driveway at Brockhurst, The Grange.

Infinity Construction Ltd – variations to plans previously approved to convert existing building to five units of accommodation and erect three new dwellings and create car parking (protected building) (revised scheme) – alterations to Units 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 at Granville House, Mount Durand.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – install glass reinforced plastic enclosure over electrical equipment at Electricity Substation, St John's Church Hall, Les Amballes.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – replace existing 1m chain-link fence with 1.8m trimesh open mesh fencing at Electricity Substation, St John's Church Hall, Les Amballes.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mrs M. Phelps-Lovell – install three rooflights to front roofslope and catslide dormer to rear roofslope at Beechfield, Delancey Lane.

Mr J. Queripel – demolish existing garden shed and erect outbuilding at Wakatipu, Rue Sauvage.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr and Mrs N. Jehan – erect 1.5-storey extension to provide

pool enclosure, garage and workshop/store to front and side (north and east elevation) of property at La Croute, La Planque, Route des Bas Courtils.

Mr and Mrs F. Dunlop – ground-floor extension (rear) and porch extension (front), formation of first-floor balcony (south/west), creation of swimming pool and alterations to fenestration (renewal) at Mont Saint Lodge, Rue des Hougues, Les Mont Saint.

Environment Department – install four cycle stands in south-west car park and four cycle stands in north-east car park at St Saviour's Reservoir, Rue a l'Or.

VALE

Mr J. George – change of use of main dwelling to guest house, convert outbuildings to four self-catering units to include laundry and showers, creation of seasonal camping, yurts and shepherds huts, carry out hard and soft landscaping and erect storage shed at La Moye House, La Moye Road.

VMT (Guernsey) Ltd – install fire escape door (north elevation) at

Units 2 and 3 (formerly Jones & Bradburn), Braye Road Industrial Estate.

Mr K. Batiste and Mrs K. Furness – demolish flat-roof extension and erect single-storey extension to rear (south elevation) of dwelling house (protected building) at Hillside View, Les Mielles.

Marina Hotel Ltd – existing pebble dash exterior to be painted (protected building) at Moorland Villa, Les Mielles Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
