Mr and Mrs J. Russell - remove two rooflights and install three replacement rooflights at Kingsgate, Avenue du Manoir, Ville au Roi.

LG Developments Ltd - alter, extend and convert dwelling to create four apartments at Villa Lucerne, Ville au Roi.

Mr and Mrs D. Hutchins - extend dwelling at first floor level. Install gable window (north elevation), dormer window and two rooflights (east elevation) and install three rooflights (west elevation). Remove conservatory and erect extension (south elevation) at Montair, George Road.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd - installation of trimesh security palisade fencing around sub station equipment at Catioroc Sub Station, Lower Rouvets, Route des Rouvets.

VALE

Mr M. Ballay - extend and alter dwelling and raise ridge height, install rooflights and new and replacement fenestration, erect pergola (north-east elevation), remove section of garden wall and install timber gates at Cleveland, La Rue de la Corderie.

Mr and Mrs Le Tocq - replace seven existing rooflights with new conservation rooflights (south and north roof slopes) at Les Courtillets, Hougue du Moulin.

Cruz Assets Ltd - remove hedge and trees, construct earthbank and erect a fence at La Platte, Rue de Bordeaux.

Mr D. Trustum and Miss K. Gill - erect a dwelling at Reasons Cottage, Carriere Lane.

Mr C. Hawdon - variations to plans previously approved. Omit extensions (north, south and west elevations), remove balcony (south elevation), ridge light and granite finish and alter fenestration at La Hougue Biart, Mont Cuet Road.

Royal Bank of Scotland - install new ATM signage surround at Landes du Marche Garage, 2, Landes du Marche.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
