Mrs H. Eborall – remove hedge to increase vehicular access and extend driveway (retrospective) at Lilstan, Route des Coutanchez.

Saffery Champness – erect a shed to side (north) of building (retrospective) at La Tonnelle House, Les Banques.

Guernsey Metals Ltd – apply signage and install replacement double doors (front, south east, elevation) and install mesh security fencing and gates (north-east boundary) at Bulwer House, Bulwer Avenue.

Mr G. Forino – sub-divide property into two dwellings, install additional doors, windows and rooflights at ground and first floor level and erect granite wall at Whispering Winds, La Route Militaire.

Mr and Mrs S. Bewey – erect single storey flat roof extension to form a dower wing (side/east and rear/south elevations) at Bellita, La Route du Braye.

Harrison Automotive Ltd – change of use from storage and distribution to use class 33 (use for storage of parking of motor vehicles) and use class 38 (use for any general industrial purpose) at Units 3 and 4, North Side.

Guernsey Electricity Ltd – install generating plant and associated plant and equipment and extend acoustic wall on north, east and west sides at Power Station 'D' Generating Hall, Hougue Jehannet.

Mr D. Wright – erect detached garage/store to the rear (east) of the property at Palm Cottage, Roseland Lane.

Mr and Mrs D. Dudley-Owen – erect first floor extension and enlarge existing dormer window to the rear (revised scheme) at Doyle Cottage, Les Mielles Road.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
