Joint Investment Properties – demolish extension and erect replacement single storey extension (rear elevation), install replacement windows (side and rear elevations) and install rooflight (rear elevation) at Brockend, Brock Road.

Mr C. G. Eborall and Mrs K. J. Clarke – remove fencing and erect wall to front of property (retrospective). Erect timber fence panels on south wall at Rosebank, 22, La Neuve Rue.

Mr B. Price – variations to plans previously approved to raise ridge height and install dormers (front and rear), extend dwelling (rear), alter fenestration and install sunpipe - install rooflights to front and

rear and apply external render insulation system at Les Serins, Le Foulon.

Infinity Construction Ltd – erection of wall around bin store to north elevation, repositioning of boundary treatments, installation of external lighting, alteration to surfacing materials and erection of water cabinet (south) (protected building).

Havelet Hotel Ltd – replace tiled cladding with timber cladding (north elevation), replacement canopy (north elevation) and alterations to fenestration (south elevation) at Havelet House, Havelet.

Mr J. Langmead – variation to plans previously approved - install air conditioning unit and acoustic enclosure (north-west boundary), install additional solar panels (south roofside), demolish east boundary block wall and erect 1,200mm boundary fence to north, south

and west. replace green roof with single ply roof over the first floor landing and alterations to fenestrations at Bellagio, Route de la Rocque Poisson.

ST SAMPSON'S

Mr A. Winstanley – install rooflight on north elevation, replace door with window on east elevation at Springfield, Rue des Pointues Rocques.

Mr S. G. and Mrs L. C. Falla – reposition garden shed at The Braye, Les Basses Capelles Road.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Mr and Mrs S. Duchemin – remove hedge at Le Jardin des Petits Rouvets, La Grande Rue.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs Corfield – alterations to fenestration (existing garage) at Laurel House, Route des Laurens.

Mr and Mrs Corfield – demolish extension and conservatory and erect single storey extension with terrace/balcony, replace dormer windows with full length doors and juliet balconies and install rooflights to rear (north elevation). Erect glazed porch to front (south elevation).

Install external insulation at Laurel House, Route des Laurens.

VALE

Mr C. Druce – change of use of weighbridge into takeaway and replace front window at North Pier Weighbridge, North Side.

It is requested that anyone wishing to make representations about a particular application should submit them in writing to the Environment Department, at the address given below, within seven days of the publication of the above list.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
