Mr and Mrs C. Colclough – raise ridge height, install dormer windows and rooflights, erect chimney and install first floor balcony on west elevation. Erect extension on north elevation and erect porch to front (south elevation) at La Fautrac, Les Blanches Pierres.

Mr S. P. Davis – convert packing shed to a residential dwelling, demolish sheds and erect shed at Greylands Vinery, Rue au Cammu.

ST PETER PORT

Mr G. Bradshaw – replace roof covering and lead flashings to rear of dwelling and chimneys (protected building) at Nursteed, 39, Les Canichers.

Duke of Richmond Hotel Ltd – sub-divide dwelling to provide two flats, remove door and install window (rear elevation), install screening to enclose existing air conditioning units (west boundary) and erect wall (protected building) at L'Hyvreuse Lodge, L'Hyvreuse.

Ms H. E. Knight – remove party hedge to rear garden boundaries at Apple Tree Cottage and Ronceray, Upper St Jacques.

Mr and Mrs I. and E. Daish – replace two existing and install one additional rooflight at rear of dwelling and install window on east gable at La Petite Jaoniere, Water Lanes.

Mr M. Gray and Miss S. Greer – install replacement windows and door to front (south elevation) of dwelling at St Mirren, 83, Mount Durand.

Mr and Mrs P. Martin – erect single storey extension to rear, replace roof covering, install parapet, erect replacement chimney and internal alterations (protected building) at 2, Charroterie Cottage, La Charroterie.

Mr and Mrs M. Carpenter – extend and alter dwelling (rear elevation) (protected building) at 75, Hauteville.

Mr R. Wilkes-Green – variation to plans previously approved to extend and alter dwelling to create a new third floor level, including balconies on the north and east elevations – install two rooflights to south elevation at Cote de Colline, Les Vardes.

Mr J. Archer and Miss S. Reoch – demolish extension and erect new extension on south (rear) elevation and erect new porch at Mistmourne, Courtil Colin.

Guernsey Museums – erect an interpretation board on wall at land areas at La Vallette.

ST SAMPSON’S

Guernsey Housing Association – erect nine dwellings and construct associated access and car parking at The Oaks, Baubigny Road.

Mr B. Le Page – alter and convert existing garage to form new dwelling at Grand Frere, Les Petites Mielles.

VALE

Mr N. J. Martin – erect summerhouse/garden room (revised) (retrospective) at Westview, Rue de Hautgards, L'Ancresse.

Mrs D. Fawcett – extend and alter existing outbuilding to form new dwelling at Le Hamel de Bas, Rue Maingy.

Mr S. Coburn – install window

(west elevation) at Unit 15, Barras Lane Commercial Centre, Barras Lane.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
