Mr and Mrs P. Lenfestey – erect extension forward (east) of dwelling and erect greenhouse at Saints View, Route de Jerbourg.

Mr and Mrs Morris – replace roof coverings, reconstruct chimney stacks and install solar panels (protected building) at La Bouvee, La Bouvee Lane, Jerbourg.

Mr and Mrs Crocker – create first floor terrace on existing flat roof, erect timber balustrade and external staircase on north east elevation and raise lintel height on first floor gable window to create access door (protected building) at La Bouvee Farm Cottage, La Bouvee.

ST PETER PORT

The Trustees – installation of a Chelsea Flower Show garden (retrospective) at Les Cotils, Les Cotils.

CI Newsagents Ltd – internal alterations to form new kitchenettes and toilets (protected building) at Guernsey Press Shop, 8-12 and 12A, Smith Street, St Peter Port.

Mr A. W. Horscroft – apply external wall insulation to dwelling at Hillside Retreat, Upper St Jacques.

Lombard and Wall – install four new air conditioning units adjacent to Little St John Street, install four bollards to south of air conditioning units and widen plant room and install replacement aluminium doors at St Peter Port House, Sausmarez Street.

Mr J. Morris – apply external wall insulation system to dwelling and outbuilding at Les Quatre Vents, Rue des Monts.

Mr A. Langlois – demolish wall in front garden at Keystone, Victoria Avenue.

Mr and Mrs K. Clark – raise ridge height to provide first floor accommodation incorporating two full height dormers with balconies and three rooflights (east elevation) and two dormer windows and three roof lights (west elevation) at Blue Heron, Rue Sauvage.

TORTEVAL

Guernsey Water – install waste water screening system and fencing at sewage tanker emptying points at Creux Mahie Sewage Emptying Points, Route du Pleinmont.

Mr and Mrs R. Ridout – extend and alter dwelling (front, rear and side/south elevation), including install dormer windows (front elevation), install rooflights, balcony, glazed gable, patio doors and window (rear elevation), install windows and patio doors (side/south elevation), demolish existing glasshouse, shed and walls and erect a replacement glasshouse at Les Jehans Farm, La Rue des Jehans.

VALE

Miss S. Cokeley – create a wildlife pond at Les Cats d'Etelles, Rue Chardronnet, Paradis.

Guernsey Waste Oil Recycling – retain two Portacabins on site contrary to Condition 7 of FULL/2012/0430 at North Side Oil Depot, North Side.

Falles Motor Group Ltd – demolish existing and erect new garage forecourt building incorporating service station, shop and store, refurbish forecourt including fuel pumps, canopy and forecourt area and create parking area to north east of site at Vale Garage, La Route du Braye.

Lake House Ltd – erect single storey dwelling and garage block (revised) at Lake House, La Clotures Road.

Mr S. Le Poidevin – vary condition five on FULL/2013/0049 – extend time of use of roof terrace on Friday evenings to allow use until 10pm at Roc Salt, Mont Cuet Road.

Mr P. Boyd – erect a double garage and store at rear at La Lisse Mare, Rue des Marais.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the department's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the department and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
