ST MARTIN’S

Mrs S. Boalch – demolish flat roof rear extension and erect pitched roof extension, replacement windows and front door, alterations to fenestration (side and rear elevation), internal alterations and installation of solar panels on rear roof slope (protected building) at 1, Maze Hollow, Rue Maze.

Mr R. David – demolish dwelling and erect a replacement dwelling incorporating existing barn (revised scheme) at The Chalet, St Cergue, Saints Road.

Island Development Ltd – residential development: erect 14 dwellings and 12 flats with associated parking and landscaping to include new access road and alterations to the proposed junction on Le Hurel at Les Blanches, La Route des Blanches.

ST PETER PORT

Charlwood Investments Ltd – demolish dwelling and garages and erect six dwellings with associated parking and amenity areas at Frimley and adjacent garages, Rouge

Rue.

Mr S. Jackson – change of use of third floor from office to dental surgery (public amenity use class 24) at Roseneath Dental Practice, 19, Le Pollet.

Committee for Education Sport and Culture – create piazza and relocate war memorial at St Paul's Gardens, St James Street.

Mr T. Hyde – variations to plans previously approved to demolish single garage and 3.3m section of boundary wall and erect double garage – revise hipped roof to form half hips, increase eaves and ridge height and install dormer window and rooflights at Kuling, Monument Gardens.

Mr M. Dunster – install new parish signage on south elevation of parish hall at La Salle Paroissiale, Les Buttes.

Mr and Mrs M. Terry – alterations to barn and change of use from residential to commercial use for meat processing business at La

Val des Pres, La Rue des Grandes Rues.

ST SAMPSON’S

Mr and Mrs T. Fallaize – erect first floor extension at rear of property at 1, Baubigny Cottages, Baubigny Road.

Mr D. H. Thompson – convert part of detached garage into dower unit and install external staircase at Bramble Cottage, Braye Road.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs T. Cooper – erect single storey flat roof extension on north side, install rooflight, erect south boundary fencing and reposition oil tank at La Tourelle, 4, Clos de Quatre Saisons, La Rue de la Vallee.

VALE

Mr D. Joyce – demolish two existing sheds and erect one new shed at rear of dwelling at La Soucique, Route des Landes.

Mr and Mrs B. Bourgaize – replace existing windows and fascias and all external woodwork with oil woodgrain upvc at Kadesh, Landes du

Marche.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
