Ms J. Skillet – variations to plans previously approved to erect an extension to north-west of dower unit – install two sunpipes on south west elevation, two rooflights on north west elevation and a sunpipe and flue on north east elevation at Somerset House, Les Prevosts.

TORTEVAL

The rector and churchwardens – carry out repair works (protected building) at Torteval Parish Church, Rue du Belle.

VALE

Ms S. Cokeley – install replacement windows and doors at Les Cats d'Etelles, Rue Chardronnet, Paradis.

Mr and Mrs J. Nicholls – erect extension at rear of dwelling, remove garage door, block up and install window at La Maison Berviere, 1, Montague Park, La Grande Rue.

Guernsey Scout Association – extend and alter parking areas and carry out landscaping at Les Maingys Activity Centre, Rue Maingy.

Mr and Mrs D. Queripel – demolish extension and erect single storey flat roof extension to side and rear of dwelling at Casamui, Port Soif Lane.

Mr J. Herve – block up bottom half of front ground floor window and install cladding (front elevation) at Le Paradis, 23, Rue de la Mer, Les Prins Estate, Barras Lane.

Peninsula Hotel – erect smoking shelter and fence to west elevation of building at Peninsula Hotel, Les Dicqs.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
