Guernsey Housing Association – variations to works to demolish former bakery and erect 20 residential units with associated parking and landscaping (reserved matters) – install solar panels (Blocks A and B), relocate solar panels (Blocks D and E) and alterations to front elevations (Blocks A, B, D and E) at former Warry's Bakery site, Le Grand Bouet.

Interior Systems Ltd – install pedestrian fire door with associated signage and extend hard standing to side (north) of unit three at Unit 3, Pitronnerie Road Industrial Estate, Pitronnerie Road.

Mr and Mrs J. Mallender – remove chimney andentrance screen to front of property at Nivarra, Avenue Germain, Ville au Roi.

National Trust of Guernsey – change of use of tower, restoration and alterations to create holiday accommodation with associated parking (protected building) at Fermain Tower, Fermain Lane.

The Guernsey Tennis Centre – extend curtilage to include agricultural land, erect two padel tennis courts with enclosed canopy and one outside padel tennis court at The Guernsey Tennis Centre, Route des Long Camps.

Mr and Mrs J. Wade – demolish existing and erect replacement garage (west of dwelling house) at La Rose Blanche, Grand Douit Road.

Mrs M. Holland – remove existing and install rooflight (north elevation) at Misty Meadow, Sandy Hook.

ST SAVIOUR’S

Dr and Dr A. Bell – install replacement front door at Vue des Cloches, Rue du Mont Saint.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs A. M. Flouquet – extend domestic curtilage at Ocean View, Route de la Lague.

R. W. Randall Ltd – remove windows and install sliding folding doors on north-west elevation, create raised terraces with glass balustrading, erect new walls, gateposts and gate and resurface lawned areas at Imperial Hotel, Rue des Villains.

VALE

States Works – installation of vent trench in south-east corner of historic landfill site at Bordeaux, Les Petils.

Mr P. Kaines – install window in rear gable at first floor level at Le Son des Cloches, Route Militaire.

Mrs S. Bennalick – install external insulation on all elevations of dwelling at Homestead, La Route Militaire.

Education, Sport & Culture – remove dormer windows and replace roof covering, fascias and guttering at Vale Primary School, Rue de L'Ecole.

Mr Stopher and Miss Masterton – demolish conservatory and erect single storey extension with rooflights and solar panels, erect raised decking to rear of property and remove fencing and erect replacement block work wall to south and install captains dormer to rear at Sospel, La Mazotte.

Ms M. Honey and Mr R. Wordsworth – replacement roof incorporating dormer windows, rooflights, balconies and solar panels, erect single storey rear extension and alter detached garage at Roc es Cas, La Fontenelle.

Mr and Mrs M. McLauchlan – demolish existing and erect replacement shed and alterations to fenestration on garage at Le Grand Verger, Rue des Marais.

Mr M. Azevedo – install canopy on front elevation with pitched roof above door at Santana, Les Barras Lane.

Miss S. A. Freakley – demolish section of front boundary wall and garden wall and create vehicular access at Iceland, Route du Picquerel.

However, if also advertised by site notice, the timescale for making representations will be 21 days from the first display of the site notice.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
