Rector and churchwardens – fell a protected oak tree at St Martin's Church, La Bellieuse.

Luxioso Ltd – install four five-metre lengths of LED strip lighting to exterior of whole of the building along the parapet between ground and first floor level at Luxioso Ltd, Heritage House, La Grande Rue.

Mr and Mrs A. P. Gillson – erect single storey flat roof extension at rear at Le Petit Verger, La Route des Blanches.

Mr and Mrs Walker – erect a car port, boundary wall and fencing at Bay Lodge, Jerbourg Road.

ST PETER PORT

Guernsey Housing Association – variations to plans previously approved to erect 20 residential units with parking and landscaping – revised design to Block E, alterations to parking, entrance and roadside walls to Ivy Castle Lane and Grand Bouet at former Warry's Bakery site, Le Grand Bouet.

Mr and Mrs Clegg – install a lift (protected building) at Castle Carey, L'Hyvreuse.

Cambria Villa Ltd – install replacement PVCu windows to front of dwelling at 3, Cambria Villas, Brock Road.

Mr and Mrs A. Fairbrother – erect single storey extension on south elevation of dwelling, relocate door on existing porch, create parking area to side (east) elevation, remove hedges and erect retaining walls and timber fencing along east and south boundaries at Le Clos, Water Lanes.

Mr P. Bishop – replace roof slates (protected buildings) at 1 and 2, Victoria Terrace, Les Petites Fontaines.

Mr N. Diligent and Mr A. Bishop – demolish existing and erect two storey extension to rear (north-east) of dwelling with first floor balcony. Install two windows on north west elevation and alter window on

south east elevation at Solar, Avenue Beauvais.

Mr A. Lewis – install bin store enclosure, 900mm high glass balustrade and replacement door canopy (front elevation) at 26, Hauteville.

Culture and Heritage Services – install interpretation board for Clarence Battery at land at La Vallette.

Mr P. D. M. Costen – erect a boundary retaining wall at La Broderie, La Claire Mare.

Mr R. Ogier – extend existing dwelling to create a self catering unit at Meadow View, Rue des Vicheries.

Traffic and Highway Services – install two removable traffic bollards in section of Rue du Coudre.

ST SAMPSON’S

Guernsey Housing Association – variations to plans previously approved to erect five apartments – replace vertical sliding sash windows with casement windows at site within Rodley Park Estate, Mont Morin.

Guernsey FA – install Portacabin and site hut and retain existing container for a temporary period of three years (position of container revised) (part-retrospective) at The Track, Victoria Avenue.

TORTEVAL

Mr and Mrs McIndoe – install enlarged dormer window (front elevation), block up two windows

and install bi-folding doors and raised decking (rear elevation) at

Le Menage d'Aval, Route de Pleinmont.

VALE

Mr and Mrs P. J. Wild – change of use from agricultural land (Use Class 44) to storage and distribution (Use Class 32) for storage of building materials and non-hazardous materials at Lucksall Garage, Les Amarreurs Road, L'Ancresse.

Mrs K. Jackson – erect 1.5 storey pitched roof extension at front of dwelling (south east elevation) and install rooflight (north east elevation) at Karvancis, Rue des Fleurs, Barras Lane.

Applications are normally published in the Guernsey Press shortly after they are received as valid and this advertisement may appear before the site notice is erected. Minor applications may not be included as part of this list. However, a complete register containing details of all applications received is available for inspection at the auhtority's offices at Level 3, Sir Charles Frossard House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Please note that the content of any letters of representation are not treated as confidential by the authority and will be disclosed, at their request, to the applicant, once the application has been determined.

Representations will also be made available to the planning tribunal in the event of an appeal, and could be considered and discussed at a public tribunal hearing.
