THE outstanding early season form of Sarah Jackson and Alley Oop was evident once more as the first BS Guernsey show of the year took place at Chemin Le Roi.

The novice combination claimed four class wins out of four with some quality jumping displays to take the leading senior rider of the Easter Show accolade.

Their final victory came in the championship classes at the culmination of the two-day show on Saturday afternoon.

Nine combinations made it through to the novice championship jump off and after the first three had all accrued four faults, Harriet Breban set the standard with a lightning fast clear round in 30.95sec.

It was not until Breban's sister, Charlotte, took to the arena on Miss Jump that another combination registered a faultless round - but the time was much slower, leaving Harriet in the driving seat.
