NASHCOPY secured an impressive double last night as they won both the men's and women's Steve Le Poidevin Vase finals at Beau Sejour.

They had to do it the hard way in the men's encounter, as they trailed ArcTech by a set on two separate occasions, before edging a thrilling and fast-paced two-hour contest 24-26, 26-24, 19-25, 25-22, 15-8 after an impressive final set performance.

Having had to battle hard to retain the trophy they won in 2011, Nashcopy captain Ryan Martel was delighted with his side's efforts.

'It was very nip and tuck throughout the whole match and this is the second epic contest we have had with them in a row,' he said.
