FINALLY, five weeks after their last CCL Premier Division outing, Guernsey FC are set to beat the weather tomorrow as they look to get their title bid on track.

But to do so, they will need to overcome a stern test in the shape of a trip to sixth-placed Molesey, who still have promotion aspirations of their own.

Despite trailing leaders Egham Town by 16 points, albeit with a game in hand, Molesey's manager Steve Webb is confident of overcoming his own problems.

'We are in a similar situation to Guernsey, with games being called off because of the weather, but that, thankfully, looks to be easing,' he said.
