AFTER scoring one of the most memorable local goals of recent times, Dave Rihoy, pictured, is one man Guernsey FC fans are indebted to for their ongoing FA Vase run.

And ahead of tomorrow's second attempt at playing their fourth-round tie at Rye United, memories of his dramatic equaliser at Erith Town still linger.

Three goals in the last 10 minutes set up an incredible 4-3 turnaround win in that November second-round tie and Rihoy admits it is a cup run capturing the imagination.

'Every cup you enter is one you want to win and this is no different, although reaching the Wembley final is still a very long way off,' he said.
