ANDY PRIAULX treats every DTM race as a new challenge and as the series heads back to Germany this weekend he has only positive vibes about what he can achieve at the Lausitzring.

He has raced there only once before in his Crowne Plaza BMW M3 DTM, but feels the track should suit the car.

'I am going to this track in the eastern part of Germany with hopes of a good result, as I know it suits the BMW because it was the brand's first comeback win there last year,' said Priaulx (pictured).

'This is another different track and is one I enjoyed driving on last year in only my second DTM race. I learnt a lot then and need to put it into practice this year. There are good overtaking opportunities, and so with the DRS it should provide an exciting race.'
